 Janet Hinds and her family invite you to enjoy the delights of our family run dairy farm with pedigree Hostein/Friesian herd. Stay in our historic 17th century farmhouse in peaceful surroundings amidst lush pastureland, located at the edge of Bradley village just 3 miles from the market town of Ashbourne. Legend tells that a mistress of Charles II once lived here! 

We offer first class bed and breakfast accommodation for the tourist and business visitor alike. Peace and quiet, rest and relaxation are guaranteed. This is the ideal county for  walking and central to all the many attractions Derbyshire has to offer.

We have two double en suite rooms, one with four poster bed and one with its own private sitting room. There is also a double/twin with its own private bathroom. All have tea and coffee making facilities.

The bedrooms are spacious, very comfortable and all beautifully decorated. Our comfortable sitting room, for the use of the four poster room and the double/twin room has a TV and a log fire with central heating throughout. Our second double en suite room - The Pine Room has its own small private sitting room.

The dining room has seperate tables and we serve delicious traditional farmhouse breakfasts, using local produce in the beautiful oak beamed dining room. You may ask for a breakfast of your choice.

There is ample safe off road parking.

The market town of Ashbourne is 3 miles away and Carsington Water, Dovedale, Matlock, Bakewell, Alton Towers Chatsworth and many stately homes are all within easy reach. We provide local information on the area as well as advice on where to eat and drink. We also have self catering cottages available.
