Willow Bank is self-contained spacious ground floor accommodation offering self catering holidays near Ashbourne, it is very suitable for those with mobility problems. Our accommodation is situated in a pretty Peak District village with an excellent local pub serving good food and a historic Saxon Church. Approx. 3 miles from the historic market town of Ashbourne with full shopping facilities and 2 miles from the walking, water sports and cycling centre at Carsington Water. Also nearby are Chatsworth, Alton Towers, Dovedale etc.

For 2 to 4 persons our self catering accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom both with colour TV’s DVD and Video. A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/ tumble dryer, microwave. The newly fitted bathroom has bath, handbasin and WC also a separate electric shower in walk in cubicle and shaver point. Living/ dining room with colour TV DVD and Video.

Accessible for the less mobile with only one step from the car parking to the entrance and no further steps inside. Private parking adjacent for up to 4 cars, (boat and trailer with advance notice), use of over 1 acre of landscaped grounds with a stream,  summer house, all weather BBQ and garden furniture. The accommodation is centrally heated and is provided with all bed linen, towels, robes, tea towels, and gas fire at no additional cost.

The property has comprehensive tourist information for the area. Hairdryers etc, are supplied, as are ironing facilities and lots of extras. The owners are adjacent and willing to help at any time.

On arrival you will find bread, butter, milk, tea coffee cereal etc for your first night. Also washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and soap are included for the commencement of you stay.

All rooms overlook the gardens and open countryside, giving beautiful views all-round.

Children (over 5 years) welcome, sorry no pets and strictly no smoking.
