Culland Mount Farm is situated in a peaceful rural hamlet, just 7 miles from Ashbourne (the nearest town) and a mere 15 miles from the M1, offering that unusual blend of tranquility and accessibility. The expansive Victorian farmhouse has been carefully divided to provide spacious, comfortable, self contained accommodation, is fully heated and double glazed and is well suited to both holiday and business use. There are numerous footpaths in the area as well as the opportunity to walk amongst our fields and meet our animals. As a working farm we are unable to accommodate pets and for the comfort of all ask guests to refrain from smoking within the property.
Brailsford, the nearest village at just over 1 mile away offers a small range of shops and facilities including a butchers shop with local and organic produce, a Post Office for papers and supplies a 13 hole golf course with driving range and a selection of local crafts including woodworking, ironwork and pottery. From Brailsford buses run on the hour from Derby to Ashbourne.
Culland Mount Farm is also a convenient place from which to explore the renowned and extensive Peak District National Park.
