Sandybrook Country Park enjoys open views across the surrounding countryside and offers Peak District self catering accommodation in comfortable pine lodges that provide a tranquil retreat and an ideal base for a holiday in Derbyshire's glorious Peak District.

Situated just outside Ashbourne, the gateway to the southern dales, this park is set in the former grounds of Sandybrook Hall, an elegant 19th Century manor house.

With old, walled gardens, woodland of mature specimen trees offering walks through a pretty bluebell wood, this is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a break.

Our Pinelodges provide quality peak district self catering and are available to rent all year round for short breaks (Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday), or for full week holidays starting on Friday, Saturday or Monday. Park Facilities

Soft play, indoor and outdoor play areas are provided to entertain the children. The indoor swiiming pool also houses a sauna and spa in which to relax.

Many other activities are available locally including cycle hire, golf, fishing, horse riding and sailing.

The listed coach house has been lovingly restored to include an excellent restaurant and bar, with a growing local reputation for delicious food.

Pinelodges

Sleeping from 2 to 8 people your Pinelodge is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including linen and towels. Beds are made up ready for your arrival.

The open plan kitchens have a conventional cooker, refrigerator and microwave oven. Each lodge has a veranda with garden furniture, allowing the option of dining alfresco. Satellite television channels and DVD players (DVD hire service),dishwasher and CD players are provided in all Pinelodges. Some of the lodges now include your own private hot-tub. These lodges are rated 4 star self-catering by the ETC.

Pets are welcome in the Tissington lodges and in addition, some of the Riber, Elvaston and Peveril lodges are also made available to those wishing to bring pets with them. Other lodges will continue to be kept pet free. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all lodges.

Many lodges enjoy level access for those that find steps awkward. Two Riber lodges have been specially designed with wheelchair users in mind. Please ask at the time of booking.
