Beamed lounge with open fire and dining area , patio door to the garden. Beamed fitted kitchen with cooker , microwave and refrigerator. Two pretty bedrooms with views: -1double, 1twin (1bed 6ft3ins x 3ft, 1bed 5ft6ins x 3ft) Bathroom with toilet, basin and bath with electric shower over.  Shared utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

DIRECTIONS
From Ashbourne take the A515 South(signposted Litchfield). After 1.5 miles (approx) at the top of a steep hill take a left turn signposted Edlaston and Wyaston. Follow the lane past Edlaston Mews Barn conversions and then past two houses on the left. After approximately 50 metres, at a sharp left bend in the road turn right up a gravel track go to the end, the cottages are on the right, past the farmhouse.
