Jane Boothroyd invites you to be her guest for a luxury bed and breakfast expereince. Located some 6 miles from Ashbourne and also close to Alton Towers, Hungry Bentley Barn is found in the medival village of Hungry Bentley between Great Cubley and Alkmonton. Formally the stables of the coach horses to the neighbouring Bentley Hall.

Hungry Bentley Barn is ideally situated for walkers, cyclists (2 bikes avaliable for hire) and horse riding (horse livery available on request). Routes for all start from the barn including the Sustrans National Cycle Network, less than a mile away.

The barn has been recently converted, maintaining the rustic feel, with 3 large double ensuite rooms all with exposed oak beams & trusses, high ceilings and stone floors throughout.

There are three double bedrooms with en suite facilities: a communal drawing room, tea and coffee making facilities and large garden / grounds for relaxation.

Like many establishments we have a no smoking policy.

Rooms are available from 5pm onwards unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are from £30 pp per night based on double occupancy with a supplement for singles.

This includes a full Derbyshire breakfast made from fresh, local produce where possible.

Evening meals are available at local pubs and restuarants.
